Battery-Powered Perfection
Since 2023, On the Run Coffee Bar has run as Florida’s first fully battery-powered mobile coffee trailer. Three lithium batteries and two inverters power every shot of espresso and every pitcher of steamed milk: no generator, no gas, no fumes and zero emissions. Join the electric coffee revolution!

Bertha Hurtado
Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Bertha went from forensic anthropologist to coffee entrepreneur – and built Florida’s first fully battery-powered mobile coffee bar.
Her mission is simple: serve coffee with purpose, spread joy, and make every sip unforgettable.
